Race-block information and new events

The events are split into two race-blocks to facilitate doubling up. EUC Rowing 2010 even features some new lightweight events.

Block 1:
LW1x, LM2x, LM2-, LM4-, W2x, M2-, M2x, M4-, LW4x, M4x, LW8+, W8+

Block 2:
LM1x, W1x, M1x, W2-, LW2x, W4-, LM4x, W4x, LM8+, M8+
